Small, artisanal and select winery, located in Tobarra-Albacete (Spain) of a family dedicated all their lives to the cultivation of the Monastrell variety vine. I only make one type of wine, 100% of the Monastrell variety grown on loam from old vines. This makes this wine unique, rare and limited. We are a winery committed to respecting the environment and therefore Josede-2016 is the first wine in Spain with its certified water footprint. Made in a traditional way but controlled at all times so that in a natural way to achieve a great result.
