Boutique Winery, where Xavi Vendrell follows the family tradition producing cava wines by the most traditional methods. This is a very small and accurate production, based in the grapes that produces the family in this marvelous environment: Begues natural park. Grapes are Xarel-lo, Macabeu and Parellada, that are transformed in two wonderful reserve cavas: Arrels Brut Reserve and Arrels Brut Nature Reserve.
