Viñas Sierra de Francia

All the vineyards are ecologic and harvested only by hand. The yields are low in order to obtain the best quality. The wines of Perahigos is the highest expression of all the philosophy which underlies this integran oenological project located in an exceptional and unique place called “Sierra de Francia" which in 2006 was declared “Natural Reserve of the Sierras de Béjar y Francia Biosphere Reserve”. There are only 29 hectares of vineyards in total, spread at altitudes from 400 to 800 meters above the sea level, with great variety of sols, and some vines older than 100 years.
